Kidding should begin 1/1/24 and last through 1/20/24. We have worked hard to maintain weight and condition of all animals in the hopes to have several of our does throw multiples vs singles. All does will be on milk test this year. Kids will be available for pick up as early as 4 weeks following birth. We may allow some kids to leave earlier to seasoned buyers.

Sales Policy

We will follow our reservations list before publicly posting an available goat. If you are called and want to keep your reservation, your deposit on a kid will be due inside of the next 24 hours. After 24 hours, we pass to the next individual. Please contact Morgan directly to add your name to our reservation list.

Rosie Finn Farms requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 to hold a goat sale. This amount is subject to change depending on the breeding it refers to. If the buyer changes their mind, or cannot complete the sale inside of a reasonable time frame, the deposit will not be refunded. Rosie Finn Farms will not deliver goats and ask that all goats be picked up inside of two weeks following release. If you need different accommodations, please make these known up front. We will do our best to work with you.

Remaining balances on a reserved goat must be paid in full before the goat leaves the farm. This will also apply to goats needing to stay longer than the 2 week pickup minimum. These payments can be made in cash, using Vemno or PayPal. If there is a delay receiving payment electronically, the goat will not be able to leave the farm until payment is received. We are not currently accepting checks.

Rosie Finn Farms reserves the right to retain a goat at any time during the sales process. If our farm chooses to retain a goat, your deposit will be refunded in full. We will also refund deposits if a goat is injured or becomes sick while in our care.

Kids will be disbudded and dewormed before leaving the farm. We do not (typically) vaccinate on our farm, that will be the buyers responsibility. ADGA registration applications will be attempted, but ADGA is severely behind. Please keep this in mind. A buyer has the option at the time of pick up to refuse the goat, however in this case, the deposit will not be refunded. Animals will be confirmed healthy at the time of departure from our farm.

All sales are final. Rosie Finn Farms cannot warrant the health status of a goat after it leaves the farm. Taking a goat off farm property means that you have read and agreed to the terms of sale and are satisfied with the condition of the goat.

Rosie Finn Farms maintains a closed herd and test for CAE annually and Johnes every other year.
